Shipping varies but usually ships in 3-4 business days. Price ranges depending on size of order, carrier, and shipping type. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lost items will not be eligible for returns or refunds. If your items were lost or stolen during delivery, a claim must be filed through the local delivery system. Creative Midnight will not be held responsible once the item is shipped.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The designs on the glasses and tumblers are made of permanent adhesive vinyl so the cups will require specific care to ensure they last a while.
